Wizkid and Tems win American Music Awards 2022 for Favorite R&B Song

Number One Nigerian singer Popularly known as Wizkid Starboy and his collaborator well known as Tems won the American Music Awards (AMA) 2022 for “Favorite R&B Song” with his global hit “Essence

Big congratulations to Wizkid for picking up yet another international award for his global hit song “Essence“. The Starboy honcho won yet another award two years after he released the “Made In Lagos” album.

Wizkid and Tems were earlier nominated for the “Favorite R&B Song” award at the AMA 2022 and went on to win the category. In deed, “Essence” has been huge in America after becoming a multi-platinum single selling millions of units in America.

The AMA 2022 organisers announced the win during the award show at Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles.
