Student Charged In Falls Church Of Rap!ng And Assaulting Two Classmates S3xually
VA – FALLS CHURCH – A kid who is accused of raping and sexually assaulting a classmate after school has been detained by police.
The occurrences took place in March at the Secondary Campus of the Falls Church City Public Schools, which is home to Meridian High School and Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School.
According to the City of Falls Church Police Department, the attack has been the subject of a two-month investigation.
Detectives discovered evidence throughout the investigation that the accused student had also sexually assaulted another girl about a month earlier, off campus and outside of class hours.
According to the school system, the accused student was expelled and is not permitted to return to school.
The alleged student has been formally charged with aggravated sexual assault and rape, according to police, who spoke to FOX 5.
An ex-student we spoke with claims he is not shocked by these accusations.
According to Erik Donnelly, “This kind of thing has happened in the FCCPS community numerous times over the past couple of years.” It’s absurd that there is a culture of sexual violence as well as a culture of silence around this kind of behavior and the FCCPS system. I’m humiliated, shocked, and embarrassed by it.
