Singer BNXN Buju Warns Nigerian Clubs Against Counterfeit Drinks
Daniel Benson, better known by his stage name BNXN, is a well-known singer, songwriter, and record producer from Nigeria. He recently made headlines in the country’s music scene by strongly warning clubs against selling fake drinks.
The musician, who is well-known for the popular song “Finesse,” vented his annoyance about a recent event at a Lagos club where he claims to have paid for a “fake” drink.
Expressing his annoyance, BNXN addressed the issue on Sunday, December 10 on X (formerly known as Twitter), highlighting the possible dangers connected to such dishonest tactics. He specifically brought up the detrimental consequences on customers’ health and wallets, highlighting the outrageous prices of drinks at these businesses.
In a passionate appeal, BNXN implored, “Stop selling us fake drinks after spending so much money on the overpriced drinks. You’re killing us. Respect my health, Respect my money. Give me what I pay for. If you don’t have it, don’t bring a fake one!”
