Meet South Carolina Man That Loses 160 Kilos, But Needs Five Surgeries For All The Excess Skin
Cole Prochaska, a 39-year-old from a township in South Carolina, has lost a remarkable amount of weight in the past two years.
He must have weighed at least 265 kg in 2021 for the scales to register that weight.
Since he thought his weight was even higher, he decided to cut the 5,000 calories per day he was taking in from fries, hamburgers, pizza, and soft drinks.
Pochaska admitted to Today that he gained this weight as a result of a lack of motivation brought on by the end of a seven-year relationship.
He has now found the willpower to shed 161 kilograms without medical intervention or medicines.
Now that Cole Prochaska needs surgery
He now has excess skin on his body as a result of his weight loss, which is why he is requesting financial assistance on the GoFundMe website.

To get rid of that extra skin, he said, “I need five operations, and I need them in the next few years.
The plastic surgeon needs assistance and is asking for 60,000 dollars.
He said, “I’ve shed all this weight and I have muscles, but if I take off my shirt, I still feel self-conscious.
“Even though it’s challenging, I attempt to run despite having loose skin on my legs.
In order to tuck the skin on my stomach in, I have to wear larger pants than I should.
Eliminating sweets for a healthy diet and sugary drinks in favor of water, as well as accounting for the calories he consumes, have been the secrets to his weight loss.
With a protein-based diet, Prochaska started walking and now takes 10,000 steps a day and also goes to the gym and lifts weights.
“Believe in yourself, as it’s never too late and you can always come back,” he added, optimistically.
