I Graduated From The University At The Age Of 18 – Ayra Starr Says As She Speaks On Her Music Journey
Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, better known as Ayra Starr, a well-known Nigerian singer and songwriter, discusses her musical path in an interview in Nairabi, Kenya.
Ayra Starr, the singer of “Rush,” revealed during the interview that her music career didn’t begin until she was 18 years old, when she graduated, because her mother prioritized going to school before doing any type of music.
Ayra Starr claims that she completed her WAEC exams before he reached SS3 and, fortunately for her, passed them. She then enrolled in a university in Benin, where she studied for three years.
Recall that Ayra Starr attended Les Cours Sonou University and graduated with a BA in political science and international relations. The singer said in the interview that although she has been occupied with her music career, she is considering pursuing another degree.
Ayra Starr, 20, who will turn 22 on June 14th, said she enjoys studying and that she has been taking piano lessons, French lessons, and music lessons despite her busy schedule pursuing another degree.
Ayra Starr revealed her passion for reading as her escape and source of comfort. She claims to come from a musical family and believes that music is what she will eventually pursue.
