Herder Hacks Girl With Cutlass Over S3x In Ilorin
The police have charged a 25-year-old cattle farmer with causing physical harm to Mohammed Aisha after she refused his sexual advances before a magistrate court in Ilrin, the capital of Kwara State.
Mohammed Abubakar, the suspect, was hauled before the court on two counts of causing great bodily harm and trying to commit culpable homicide.
Sections 246 and 299 of the Kwara state penal code were violated by the offenses.
The Medical Director of the General Hospital in Lafiagi, Dr. S.K. Suleiman, reportedly reported the case to the authorities at Lafiagi authorities Station.
The charge sheet quoted Dr Suleiman that “The victim was brought for treatment where she narrated that she went to bush in searching for Shea butter with her two sisters Hassana and Adishetu.
“But they were attacked by the suspect, a Fulani, while the victim sustained deep injury cut on her head,” the sheet added.

The police told the court that “investigation revealed that the suspect demanded to have s3x with the victim and her two younger sisters but they refused and ran for safety.
“But he (suspect) chased them and matcheted the suspect severely on her head in the process.”
The Police Prosecutor, Ayeni Gbenga, said the investigation on the case was yet to be completed and therefore urged the court not to grant the accused person bail.
In her ruling, Magistrate Gbadeyan Kamson ordered the remand of the suspect and adjourned to July 10, 2023.
