Funke Akindele, a box office actress, has lent her support to her colleague Odunlade Adekola’s film project.
Odunlade Adekola revealed plans earlier today to take Lagos by storm with his students in preparation for his upcoming film, ORISA.
Odunlade posted a video on Instagram of his female students dressed in traditional white costumes to promote his film.
“Be ready for all these beautiful ladies today in the city of LAGOS,” he wrote.
Funke Akindele posted the same video to her Instagram story, along with a supportive remark. “We are ready!!!” she wrote. My brother @odunomoadekola directed #orisathemovie.”

Funke Akindele startled her fans a few days ago with the release of the second installment of her film, Omo Ghetto The Saga. She discussed the film on Twitter, where she stated that the second installment of her film is currently loading.
Funke Akindele’s reply came in answer to a fan’s question about the film. Ayomide, an actress’s admirer, wondered if they should look forward to the film’s second installment.
“Should we be expecting Omo Ghetto The Saga 2 or should we not think about it?” she tweeted.
