Cartel forces woman to strip n@ked and make a confession before killing her
A woman was discovered dead following her topless and gunpoint interrogation by members from a Mexican cartel.
Members of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel compelled Laura Karen Rodríguez Moreno to confess that she was a member of a rival drug cartel and had been collaborating with local law enforcement.
She was compelled to acknowledge her membership in the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and the purported connection between the CJNG and the Salamanca, Guanajuato, Municipal Police.
Footage of the interrogation was shared across social media. In the disturbing video, Laura stands in front of a white car at night, topless but wearing shorts.
She is flanked by masked men holding large guns, while her interrogator off camera asks her questions.
In Spanish, the interrogator asks Laura her name, to which she replies “Laura Karen Rodriguez Moreno”.
Her interrogator then asks where Laura lives. “In the Virreyes neighbourhood on 404 Calle 30 de Septiembre. I work for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. And we’re being supported by the municipal police of Salamanca,” Laura replies.
Laura is then asked about how much “material” or drugs she receives and who supplies it to her. Laura replies that she is supplied “30 pieces” by “two young men on a motorcycle” called “Valentino and Quique”.
The interrogator then wants to know how often Laura is provided with material. Laura reveals this is “every time we run out”, which is “every third day”.
Under further questioning, Laura claims she is paid “20 pesos for every piece sold” and when asked about how long she has been involved in this business, Laura states: “I’m going on six months.”
The interrogator then says: “This goes out to all of those skinny Jalisca b*tches. We’re coming after everyone of you guys.”
Laura was later found dead in Valtierrilla, Salamanca. Shocking images emerged online showing her body discarded on the side of a road.
