29-Year-Old Woman Arrested For Driving Influence “DUI” With A Young Boy In A Car In Stafford County (Watch Video)

According to Stafford County police, a 29-year-old Herndon woman was detained on Friday for DUI while operating a vehicle with a young child inside.

According to police, a witness reported seeing a silver Ford Fusion driving erratically and running into several curbs.

When the police pulled over the automobile, they discovered an open White Claw and a bottle of whiskey. Police claim that they also found a little toddler inside the car.

 

Brittany Passmore, the driver, was detained on suspicion of DUI with a child, criminal child neglect, obstruction, refusal, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, and a lane usage infraction.
