Tristyn Bailey dead and obituary, Aiden Fucci stabbed 13-year-old – Leaked video
Mother’s Day, May 9, 2021, saw the discovery of Tristyn Bailey’s remains just hours after his family had reported him missing. She was repeatedly stabbed and slashed.
In relation to Bailey’s killing, Aiden Fucci, then 14, was detained and charged with first-degree murder. Just before the jury selection process starts, in February 2023. Fucci amended his request. He now risks a prison sentence of at least 40 years to life.
Stacy and Forrest Bailey had five children, Tristyn being one of them. She attends Patriot Oaks Academy as a student and cheerleader, and she resides in Durbin Crossing in northwest St. John’s County.
Who is Aiden Fudge?
Aiden Sean Fucci, who was 14 at the time of the murder, was a classmate of Patriot Oaks and lived near Bailey. Fucci’s girlfriend and other friends told investigators that Fucci spoke frequently about killing people, specifically saying he planned to drag a random person into the woods and stab them. While the records of minors under the age of 18 are under seal, Seventh Circuit District Attorney RJ Larizza said Fucci has no criminal record.
How did Tristin Bailey die?
On the night of her death, a friend said Fucci asked her for Bailey’s phone number, according to police reports. He persuaded her to leave the house to meet a friend, and video footage from an apartment building shows two people, believed to be Fucci and Bailey, walking on Saddlestone Drive, near the area where her body was later found at the end of the detention pool, east Walk. An hour and 45 minutes later, the same video appears to show Fucci walking back in shoes alone.
An autopsy found Tristyn 114 had “stab or laceration wounds to the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and back,” according to an unredacted prosecutor’s affidavit. At least 49 of those were defensive injuries, the coroner said.
