Northampton: Four held after boy, 16, stabbed to death
Four people, including two juveniles, have been detained following the stabbing death of a 16-year-old boy.
According to the police, officers were summoned at 15:35 GMT to the Northampton neighborhood of Kingsthorpe in response to allegations of a kid being stabbed.
A paramedic was called, but he passed away soon after.
Four guys, aged 49, 21, 16, and 14, have been detained by police as part of the murder investigation.
For the duration of the inquiry, a police cordon is scheduled to be in place in Harborough Road between the intersection with The Cock Hotel and Waitrose.
Northamptonshire Police said an increased police presence will also remain in the area.
