The public lodged complaints with the National Railway Police (GRP) and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at stations. GRP called Dutta Communications, which advertises on the channel, and asked them not to air the clip again.
The railway then “blacklisted” the agency and lodged a First Information Report (FIR). The advertising display agreement with the railway company was also terminated.
