40- Year- Old man Arrested by police operatives for allegedly killing a lady for rituals, he was apprehended with the human head and paraded by the police.

The suspect identified as Kabiru Oyeduntan was apprehended for allegedly killing a yet to be identified lady in Apomu, Isokan local government area of Ogun State and was paraded by the community youth before been handed over to the police.

The victim was said to have been murdered at Agunla Junction, Apomu on Thursday afternoon.

She was said to have come to sleep in his lovers house who happened to be the wicked suspect.

The suspect after series of interrogations told journalists that the lady was murdered for the purpose of money ritual by his friend simply identified as Akin Alupaida

The suspect confessed saying that, ” It was his friend that brought the lady to his place from Ibadan. But he already told me that he wanted to use her for money ritual. He asked for my assistance and promised to give me N50, 000 which I agreed immediately.

He added that immediately the friend was having canal knowledge of the girl he help in holding her legs and the Butchered the victim with a machete and her head was cut of.

Talking to newmen the State Commissioner of Police, Wale Olokode said the suspect was apprehended based on tip- off from concern members of the community.

According to Olokode, Oyeduntan was arrested with the murdered head of a suspected woman of about 20 years of age.

He said, ” the police having critically looked at the severed body parts observed that some body parts were also missing.

The police commissioner tagged them as very wicked and heartless men, he said that they case was under serious investigations and they will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
