It is no longer a news that Mayorkun’s car was Damaged after his performance at the just concluded TRACE IN THE CITY CONCERT at the prestigious higher institution of learning, Yabatech College Of Technology,
This news has gone viral on all social media platforms tagging Yabatech students as touts, irresponsible people and so many names.
But i tell you that the story heard is nothing but a misconception, some of the students were interviewed by Yctcampusconnect, after the incident and here were their statements “Yabatech students are not touts, we do not even have time to focus on our education let alone coming to cheer up an artiste” another students said “Yabatech Students should never be the focal point of this whole shit as the attendees were not only Yabatech students, remember touts, Unilag, F.c.e and other people who were invited for this came outside the school”
Come to think of it, this event attracted a lot of audience from various places in lagos and you know the mentality was that a celebrity must always drop money for them.
An eye witness, name withheld confirms that the incident happened outside the school gate. Therefore neither the students nor the organizers be held responsible for whatever happened as Mayorkun needs to step up his security guards.
